Herbie likes his visits with Dr Meg. He's not nervous and really quite comfortable when he's being treated. Dr Meg has performed surgery on bladder stones and kidney stones that Herbie had with great success. Herbie just celebrated his fourteenth birthday thanks to Dr Meg.

My family has been bringing our pets here since my parents moved to the area in 1977. The Vets, technicians, and front desk staff are all lovely compassionate people, and very knowledgeable about animal healthcare. This week we had to put one of our cats down because she had developed a very large aggressive tumor. Everyone was so compassionate towards us. In particular, Jackie and Dr. Meg, were so kind and sympathetic to having our cat put down. We will continue to bring our pets to South Towne because it's closest to our home. Pricing is a bit high, but you'll receive quality care for your beloved pet.

2025 update: We continue to do business with Southtowne Vet - Jackie, Dr Meg, Dr Scarpulla all continue to be the reason why I take my pets to this establishment. The location is very convenient to our home in Henrietta, the parking lot has expanded in the last few years so it's easier to park my truck, and as always - it's a welcoming environment.

The vets there are so amazing! I appreciate knowing my dog is getting the best care!!

We have been using South Towne for over 25 yrs. The vets and staff are amazing people. They take the time to talk with me about treatment options and are very supportive.

My angel baby and new puppy couldn’t be in better hands than this place. They are all always so kind, and ease any worries I may have. I cannot thank you guys enough for everything you do for caring for my pug who crossed the rainbow bridge and her new sister. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies.

They are the absolute best and we've used them for years. I called this week about a leg injury on Sunday and possible ear infection and they got us in right away and had her prescription refilled before they closed that day. They were even able to trim her nail on Saturday during a same day appointment. We absolutely love the staff here. Gretchen was a happy girl.

We've been in several more times with the same crazy ear infection and we just can seem to beat it... but we'll get to the root of it. Today we're starting prednisone and they were just fabulous with Gretchen. Thank you, all.

7/31 they were able to get Gretchen in right away and treat her for kennel cough. Her first time having this and it was frightening. We appreciate that and also the follow-up call from Jackie checking in on her. She was feeling pretty icky.

We love Dr. Meg. Upon adopting our new dog, Dottie, we are new customers again.

Dr. Meg is wonderful, very concerned and caring. Whole office is very helpful and pleasant.
