Dr. Meg is exceptional in medical care and being a very friendly person and the others at South Towne Veterinary Hospital are also exceptional in the medical care that they provide and being friendly as they had to treat our dog for unfortunate reaction after having Vaccines and they helped our dog survive and head back towards normal a few days later.

The staff and Vets are awesome! They've done an amazing job with our fur baby.

Added: Dr. Scarpula and staff helped care for my bunnies and guinea pig after they were affected by an electrical fire. I moved my rabbits here from another vet I wasn’t happy with- Very happy with staff and services from the front desk staff to the techs and vets here. I put the wrong time in my calendar and they even accommodated me which was amazing because I had to take the morning off work. I asked about rabbit vaccine and they said they had a list I could get on but ordered them almost immediately and called me when they were in. Edit: when my rabbit passed the care they gave helped me get through it. My other rabbits and guinea pig still get great care here including vaccines, nail trims, teeth check, prescribing antibiotics immediately whenever risk if infection, and shaving my rabbit that I adopted matted.

The was our first visit with our highly anxious and nervous Shiba Inu. The staff and Dr were very attentive and patient with our girl. They answered all our questions and addressed our concerns with the utmost respect and understanding. Would highly recommend!!

I don't know what kind of experience I was supposed to receive. But I'd say that the place is very welcoming. Maybe you can remove the wooden molding that digs in my back when I sit on the bench. Enjoy seeing various kinds if animals coming and going.

The vets and staff are very caring and clearly huge animal lovers. They view my dog's health as highly important and do not just "check things off" when they see him. They listen and take action and follow up with a phone call to see how he is doing after visits. They are wonderful!

Excellent experience. The vet listened to all my concerns. She got down on the floor with my dog and made him feel at ease. I highly recommend them.

We feel very fortunate to have South Towne Vet Hospital to treat our boxers. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, compassionate, and happy to answer questions. Even when the reception area is busy, the staff takes their time with each client. We love that we don’t feel rushed. We also love the printed information we receive when getting meds for the girls. Very helpful! The ability to communicate via email is very helpful so we can “contact” the vet even on weekends with questions and refill requests and get answers without having to wait by the phone. Keep up the great work you do
