Education/Degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Organismal Biology from Keuka College ‘13,
AAS in Veterinary Technology from GCC ‘16. Veterinary Technician Licensed in 2016
Professional Interests: client education, working with fractious cats, working with older pets, gaining the trust of scared/nervous animals
Reason for choosing this field: My love for animals. I get to be their voice and advocate for them
What do you like most about South Towne and/or your favorite parts of the day: Everyone (coworkers and clients alike) has been warm and welcoming. I get to learn something new every day. I love when I earn the trust of my nervous patients and letting their owners know how well they did for a procedure.
Hobbies/Interests/Pets: I have 3 very spoiled cats, 2 of which only have one eye! My two eyed cat Sammy 5yrs old, and my two one eyed cats- Tonks 3yrs old, and Tiki 1yr old. If I'm not working you can find me reading, traveling, supporting local small businesses, or spending time outside with Tonks and Sammy.
