Melissa has been a dedicated member of South Towne Veterinary Hospital since June 2005, starting her journey as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Over the years, she expanded her role, serving as the Lead Technician, Inventory Manager, and Lead Customer Service Representative, in addition to assisting the Practice Manager. In the spring of 2024, she proudly stepped into the role of Practice Manager. Melissa enjoys this position because it allows her to remain connected to animal care while advocating for the incredible team and culture that make South Towne exceptional. She is passionate about supporting the staff, the practice, and the clients by providing clear communication and education about South Towne’s business practices.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her Aussie-Poodle mix, Deacon, cooking, baking, traveling, relaxing anywhere near water, and cherishing moments with her friends and family
